Dual Realty is a boutique real estate agency founded by Sydney agent Stephen Cachia, built on the belief that property sales should be personal, strategic and focused entirely on achieving the best outcome for the client.

Stephen originally established Dual Real Estate in 2015, successfully representing clients across Sydney’s eastern suburbs and beachside markets. After gaining further experience within larger agency environments, the business has now been relaunched as Dual Realty, returning to the boutique approach that allows for a more personalised level of service.

At Dual Realty we believe every property deserves a carefully considered strategy rather than a one-size-fits-all campaign. By working with a select number of clients at any given time, we are able to dedicate the time, attention and negotiation expertise required to achieve exceptional results.
